摘　　要："负责任创新"(RRI)是近年来欧美学者试图破解创新风险和弥补可持续发展理论缺陷而提出的理念,是欧美谋求成为世界最先进知识体而应用于政策、策略制定的新理论。生态文明示范区的发展既依赖于创新驱动,又面临着日趋复杂和不确定的创新风险。将"负责任创新"嵌入生态文明示范区的创新发展既是由两者内在关系逻辑和时代特性所决定的重要理论问题,也是生态文明示范区在先行先试的进程中防范科技创新风险和泡沫,确保其协调可持续发展的现实需要,是避免生态文明示范区的创新发展沦为"没有灵魂的卓越"的重要途径。RRI is an idea that some European and American scholars came up with in recent yearsin order to reduce science and technology innovation risks and make up for the defects of the sustainable development theories.It is also a new theory which can be used in policy making as it can help the European countries and the USA become the world′s most advanced countries of knowledge.The development of ecological civilization demonstration area relies on innovation but faces innovation risks with increasing complexity and uncertainty.The introduction of RRI into the innovation and development of ecological civilization demonstration area is an important theoretical question striked by the internal logic relations between the two and the currentera traits.What′s more,it is also an important approach to guarding against technological innovation risks and foams,so as to gurantee sustainable development and to prevent the innovation and development from becoming an″excellence without soul″.
