摘  要:武汉市四环线青山长江公路大桥南汊主航道桥为(100+102+148+938+148+102+100)m钢箱及钢箱结合梁斜拉桥,边跨主梁采用钢箱结合梁,即钢槽梁+混凝土桥面板的组合截面。边跨主梁采用先顶推架设钢槽梁,再在其上安装预制桥面板,最后施工湿接缝完成体系转换的总体施工方案。边跨钢槽梁顶推采用步履式顶推,钢梁在工厂制造完成后船运至墩位,利用浮吊吊装至桥塔墩墩旁托架,焊接完成后由中跨向边跨方向顶推。对边跨钢槽梁顶推架设进行有限元分析,以指导顶推施工中墩旁托架、临时支墩、导梁等大临结构设计,并采用三节间钢梁顶推技术、支架应力应变监控、大行程多点步履式顶推施工技术、实时动态纠偏等关键技术,保证了边跨钢槽梁架设的工期、质量及安全。The south main navigational channel bridge of Qingshan Changjiang River Highway Bridge on the Fourth Ring Road in Wuhan is a steel box girder and steel box composite girder cable-stayed bridge.The bridge has spans of 100 m,102 m,148 m,938 m,148 m,102 m and 100 m.The main girders in the side spans adopt the steel box composite girders,namely the composite cross section formed of the steel trough girders and the concrete slabs covered.During the construction process of main girders in the side spans,the steel trough girders were incrementally launched first,then the precast deck slabs were erected and the wet joints were poured to complete the systematic transformation.The side-span steel trough girders were launched by the walking type incremental launching.The steel girders were fabricated in the factory,and then transported to the pier sites,lifted to the pier-side brackets by the floating crane.After welding connection,the steel trough girders were launched from the central span towards the side span.The incremental launching of the side-span steel trough girders was modeled to do finite element analysis,so as to guide the design of heavy temporary structures,like the central pier-side brackets,temporary piers and the launching nose.And a series of key techniques were also adopted to ensure the construction schedule,construction quality and safety of the side-span steel trough girders,such as the three-panel steel girder incremental launching technique,stress and strain monitoring and control for the scaffoldings,long-distance and multipoint walking type incremental launching technique,and the real-time dynamic offset correction technique.
