船载雷达测波仪的设计鉴定试验方法研究

摘　　要：目前国内对船载雷达测波仪的性能评价和研究较少,而且基准仪器误差和雷达测波仪误差通常在一个数量级,所以讨论其设计鉴定方法具有重要作用。该文通过分析国外同类产品的设计鉴定方法以及外场试验开展数据采集的环境要求,提出国内船载雷达测波仪设计鉴定试验的主要技战术指标性能实验安排和数据处理及指标评定方法,并利用设计的鉴定试验来验证该方法的有效性。试验结果表明:试验方案考核的船载雷达测波仪的主要技战术指标能够满足鉴定试验要求,可以为国内船载雷达测波仪设计鉴定试验提供指导和建议。Currently,as there are few studies on performance valuation and analysis of the shipborne radar wave gauge and the measurement errors between the reference instrument and the radar wave gauge are usually in a same order of magnitude,it is significant to study the design and evaluation method of shipborne radar wave gauge.In this paper,by analyzing the design and evaluation method of similar products at abroad and the environment requirements for data collection in external field,the performance experiment arrangements of the main technical and tactical indexes,the data processing and index evaluation method for the design and evaluation of domestic shipborne radar wave gauge is proposed.The effectiveness of this method is verified by using the designed evaluation experiment.The experimental results show that the main technical and tactical indexes of the evaluated shipborne radar wave gauge of the experiment scheme can satisfy the experiment requirements and can provide guidance and suggestions for the design and evaluation experiment of the domestic shipborne radar wave gauges.
