整体护理结合孕期保健对提高产科护理质量的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨孕期保健与整体护理联用对产科护理质量的影响。方法选取我院产科2016年1月—2017年1月收治的孕妇96例,随机分成2组各48例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用整体护理结合孕期保健。比较2组孕妇妊娠结局、知识掌握情况及心理状态等。结果观察组不良妊娠结局发生率为6.3%,低于对照组的20.8%;观察组健康生活方式、分娩知识、孕期营养知识及运动方式掌握度评分均明显高于对照组;观察组SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理结合孕期保健可有效提高孕妇对妊娠的认知水平,增强自我保健能力,改善妊娠结局,提升产科护理质量,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effects of prenatal care and holistic nursing care on obstetric nursing quality.Methods 96 cases of pregnant women admitted to our hospital in January 2016 January^2017 were selected,They were randomLy divided into two groups,48 cases each,The nursing mode of the control group was routine nursing,The nursing mode of the observation group was holistic nursing combined with prenatal care,Pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups,Knowledge,mental state,etc.Results The incidence of adverse outcomes was 6.3%in the observation group,Less than the control group 20.8%;The healthy lifestyle,the knowledge of delivery,the knowledge of nutrition and the mastery of exercise style in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group;The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing combined with prenatal care can effectively improve the cognitive level of pregnancy in pregnant women,Enhance self-care ability,improve pregnancy outcomes,improve the quality of obstetric care,it is worth promoting.
