摘  要:针对灌区水资源配置特点,着重从灌区水资源优化配置的内容和方法两个方面进行了分析和总结。分析了灌区在不同行业、不同水源及不同作物间进行水资源优化配置实践时,不同于其他区域水资源优化配置的特征;认为灌区水资源优化配置研究中,水资源模拟技术复杂、目的性不强,单独的规划优化技术缺乏对取用耗排过程的描述,并且优化的结果难以贴近实际。建议在未来的研究中,应深化灌区自然-人工二元水循环模拟研究,耦合模拟仿真、规划优化和评价等多种技术,突出灌区水资源配置研究中生态环境效益的认知。The content and methods of water resources optimal allocation in irrigation district have been analyzed and summarized in this paper.The characteristics of water resources optimal allocation among different industries,water sources and crops in irrigation district differs from that for other areas have been explored.This peper pointed out several problems in current water resource allocation in irrigation district,including complex water resource simulation technology,without clear purpose,and lacking the description for the exhausting process in the individual planning and optimization technology.The optimization results were difficult to be practical.It was suggested that three important aspects should be further investigated,i.e.,modeling of"natural-artificial"dual water cycle,improving some techniques(coupling simulation,planning optimization and evaluation),and highlighting the perception of ecological effects in water allocation.
