摘 要:采用连续釜式预聚和卧式釜气相串联聚合工艺,利用BCM催化剂,二乙氨基三乙氧基硅烷外给电子体进行了丙烯聚合,考察了聚合温度对聚丙烯性能的影响。实验结果表明,随聚合温度的升高,催化剂的聚合活性降低,聚丙烯的相对分子质量分布变窄、等规度先增大后减小、结晶温度和熔点逐渐降低。聚丙烯的热变形温度、拉伸强度、弯曲强度和弯曲模量与等规度的变化趋势相同,即先增大后减小,在95℃时为最大值。当聚合温度在85~95℃时,催化剂的氢调敏感性比较好,聚丙烯的相对分子质量分布较窄、等规度高、热性能较好、力学性能优异。By using a combination of the continuous prepolymerization and the series gas-phase polymerization in the horizontal reactors,the polypropylene were prepared with the BCM catalyst and diethyl amino methyl triethoxy silane as external electron donor.The effect of polymerization temperature on the properties of polypropylene were studied.The results showed that increasing the temperature led to the decrease of polymerization activity for catalyst,and narrow the relative molecular weight distribution for polypropylene as well as the decrease of their crystallization temperature and melting point.The isotacticity of polypropylene was enhanced at first and reached the maximum value when the temperature was 95℃and then decreased.The variation tendency of the heat deflection temperature,tensile strength,flexural strength and flexural modulus of polypropylene was the same as that of the isotacticity.When the temperature was in the range of 85-95℃,the catalyst exhibited good sensitivity to hydrogen.Meanwhile,the polypropylene obtained under this temperature range showed the narrower relative molecular weight distribution,higher isotacticity,improved thermal and mechanical property.
