摘　　要：基准文件是核电站得以安全运营的重要基础,具有保障性、受控性、现行性、母本性等特点。基于核电领域技术和管理的要求,基准文件与档案存在复杂的现实关系,研究这些关系对提升核电站文档工作整体水平有着积极意义。Basis documents are the fundamental for safe operation of the nuclear power plant.They have controllable,controllable,latest,and mother nature etc.characteristics.Based on the requirements of the technology and management in nuclear power industry,there is a complex relationship between basis documents and archives.To research the relationship has a positive meaning on improving documents management of nuclear power plant.
