摘　　要：论文通过以辅导员为核心,班干部和小组长为实施主体,学生为被管理对象,构建了一种基于团队组织的"四位一体"高职班级管理模式,并重点对班干部和小组长的团队建设、培养、考核和评议做出了探索,经过实践,取得了良好的班级管理效果。This paper constructs a"four-in-one"higher vocational class management model based on team organization by taking counselors as the core,class cadres and team leaders as the main body,and students as the object of management.It also explores the team building,training,assessment and evaluation of class cadres and team leaders.Through practice,good class management results have been achieved.
