摘　　要：电子邮件是越来越重要的国际沟通途径,体现了商务往来的整个过程。本文通过外贸电子邮件中英语直接抱怨语在契约关系外和契约关系下的不同的实施模式上的差异,论证了契约关系是影响抱怨模式的重要语用因素,为研究商务语言提供了帮助。E-mail has becoming a more and more important way of international communication,showing the whole process of business operation.This paper compares the differences of English direct complaining modes without contractual relationship and under contractual relationship in emails,demonstrating that the contractual relationship is an important pragmatic factor that affects the complaining modes,helping the study of business language.
