摘　　要：当前高校二级院系心理健康工作面临现实问题,相对于传统的显性教育,隐性心理健康教育更能满足当代大学生的心理需求。在隐性心理健康教育理论下,将团体辅导技术融入日常学生事务管理工作实践,构建特色鲜明的四位一体的二级心理健康工作平台,是当前高校心理健康教育改革的新思路和新途径。The present mental education in university is confronted with real problems.Compared with the traditional explicit education,implicit mental health education meets more psychological needs of contemporary college students.It is a new approach for the reform of psychological health education in Universities,to establish a four-in-one mental health education platform of schools or departments in universities with a distinctive characteristics by integrating group counseling technology into daily student affairs under the theory of implicit psychological health education.
