摘  要:塔里木油田克深区块属于超深高压气藏,区块气井油压异常、井筒堵塞问题严重,气井无法正常生产。采用常规修井作业解决井筒堵塞问题,成本高、风险大,采用连续油管负压冲洗和钻磨方式,成功疏通了管柱,恢复了气井生产,并查明结垢和出砂是造成井筒堵塞的主要原因。该技术在不动管柱的情况下,实现了安全、高效井筒解堵作业,为解决塔里木油田类似问题提供了技术储备和经验积累。The KeShen block of the Tarim oil field belongs to the ultra-deep high pressure gas reservoir,and the abnormal oil pressure of the block gas well and the blockage of the wellbore are serious,resulting in the failure of normal production of gas wells.It is costly and risky to solve the blockage problem of wellbore by conventional workover.It is the first time to use negative pressure washing and drilling and grinding way by coiled tubing in KeShen block,which successfully unblocks the pipe string to restore the gas well production,and finds out that the scale and sand production is the main cause of block of well bore.In the case of the non-moving tubing,the technology realizes safe and efficient wellbore solution.Its successful application provides technical reserve and experience to solve similar problems in Tarim oilfield.
