摘  要:水力喷射径向钻井技术是一种有效开发低渗边际油藏、边底水薄层油藏、枯竭油气田剩余油气资源的低成本的增产完井技术。在低油价的新常态下,为了探索低渗薄层碳酸盐岩储层的有效开发方式,通过对水力喷射径向钻井技术原理、优势、存在问题的调研和研究,结合选井选层分析、施工方案优化与过程质量控制,圆满完成水力喷射径向钻井技术在碳酸盐岩储层中的试验应用。过程分析表明,在碳酸盐岩储层中实施径向钻井时喷射软管磨损大;使用酸液喷射钻进一方面能增加径向钻进进尺,另一方面也容易形成杂质影响施工进程;作为喷射的工作液必须达到无固相的要求。Hydraulic jet radial drilling technology is a low-cost increasing production and completion technology for the effective development of low-permeability marginal reservoirs,thin-layer reservoirs with edge-bottom water,and depleted oil and gas fields.Under the new normal of low oil price,in order to explore the effective development method of thin layer carbonate reservoirs of low permeability,the pilot of hydraulic jet radial drilling technology in the carbonate reservoir test application was successfully completed through the research on the principle,advantage and existing problems of radial jet drilling and the combination of the layers optimization,the process quality control.The process analysis of the successful pilot shows that the jet hose wear is more serious when the radial drilling is carried out in the carbonate reservoir.The use of acid jet drilling can increase the radial drilling footage on the one hand and the formation of impurities on the other hand.At the same time the jetting fluid must meet the requirements of non-solid phase.
