摘　　要：目的 对国内新生儿尿布疹局部联合用药治疗效果进行Meta分析，为临床新生儿尿布疹护理干预提供依据。方法检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国学术期刊、万方数据库以及维普信息资源系统数据库，查找国内新生儿尿布疹治疗相关文献，对纳入文献进行质量评价，采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入12项随机研究，Meta分析结果显示局部联合治疗有效率要高于单一药物治疗［RR=1.27,95%CI（1.12,1.44）,P<0.05］，愈合时间要低于单一药物治疗［WMD=-1.12,95%CI（-1.34,-0.91）,P<0.05］；局部吹氧联合其他药物治疗可提高治疗有效率［RR=1.12,95%CI（1.04,1.21）,P<0.05］、减少愈合所需时间［WMD=-2.45,95%CI（-2.74,-2.16）,P<0.05］；局部贝复新联合其他药物治疗可提高治疗有效率［RR=1.46,95%CI（1.10,1.95）,P<0.05］、减少愈合所需时间［WMD=-1.07,95%CI（-1.74,-0.41）,P<0.05］。结论 新生儿尿布疹采用局部联合用药有积极的护理效果。Objective To provide a basis for nursing intervention of neonatal diaper dermatitis through conducting a meta-analysis of efficacy of nursing of local combination medication in China.Methods Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure,Chinese Academic Journal Database,Wanfang Database and VIP information resource database were searched for the literatures on the treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis.The quality of enrolled literatures was assessed and the RevMan 5.3 software was used to conduct the meta-analysis.Results A total of 12 randomized controlled trials were included.Compared with single-drug therapy,meta-analysis showed that local combination medication increased the effective rate(RR=1.27,95%CI(1.12,1.44),P<0.05)and shortened the healing time(WMD=-1.12,95%CI(-1.34,-0.91),P<0.05).Local oxygen therapy combined with other drugs enhanced the efficiency(RR=1.12,95%CI(1.04,1.21),P<0.05)and reduced the healing time(WMD=-2.45,95%CI(-2.74,-2.16),P<0.05).In addition,local basic fibroblast growth factor treatment combined other drugs improved the efficacy(RR=1.46,95%CI(1.10,1.95),P<0.05)and decreased the healing time(WMD=-1.07,95%CI(-1.74,-0.41),P<0.05).Conclusion Local combination medication is effective for neonatal diaper dermatitis.
