摘　　要：有清一代,在帝后沉疴不起的情形下,清廷时常向各地下令,征召民间医生或通医之人进宫效力。光绪六年(1880)便有各地举荐的几位医生先后进宫为慈禧太后疗疾。文章以《纪恩录》《北行日记》为主要文本,结合清人笔记,从论症制方、交游、消遣娱乐、宫外诊疗四个方面探讨几位医生退食之后的生活境况。In the Qing dynasty,in order to heal the emperors and the empresses,the Qing court often recruit folk doctors or general practitioners from common people throughout the country.In the six year(1880)of Guangxu’s reign,several recommended doctors nationwide entered the court to treat the Empress Dowager Cixi for her illness.Mainly based on The Story of My Precious Experiences(Ji’en Lu)and Dairies of My Journey to the North(Beixing Riji),combined with life records made by people in Qing dynasty,this essay explores the spare time of the doctors from four aspects of making diagnosis and prescriptions,associating with friends,participating in leisure activities,as well as giving diagnosis and treatments outside the court.
