摘 要:为了解多花黄精主要病害叶枯病、炭疽病和茎腐病的发生规律,分别于2016年和2017年在光泽县3个多花黄精种植基地对3种病害的发病规律进行调查,结果表明:多花黄精出苗期只有炭疽病发生,叶枯病和茎腐病在苗期未见发生,茎腐病在展叶期仍未见发生;随着多花黄精的生长,这3种病害呈逐步加重的趋势,叶枯病、炭疽病在结实期达到发病高峰期,茎腐病在地上部枯死期达到发病高峰期,2017年总体发病情况比2016年严重。In order to understand the occurrence regularity of leaf blight,anthracnose and stem rot of Polygonatum sibiricum,occurrence regularity of three diseases were investigated in three planting bases of Polygonatum sibiricum in Guangze in 2016 and 2017.The results showed that the leaf blight and stem rot of Polygonatum sibiricum did not occur in seedling stage and stem rot did not occur in leaf expansion stage.With the growth of Polygonatum sibiricum,these three diseases showed an increasing trend,leaf blight and anthracnose reached the peak in the fruiting period,stem rot peaked at the drying and dead period in the upper-ground part;the overall incidence in 2017 was more serious than that in 2016.
