摘　　要：以江苏大学与JSD公司为例,运用描述性统计方法,针对江苏大学与JSD公司的发明专利维持现状与专利维持时间影响因素予以深度剖析,旨在发现企业与高校专利维持现状所存在的差异性,从而提升高校专利转化效率与企业技术创新能力。In order to find out the differences of patent maintenance between enterprises and colleges and universities and enhance patent conversion rate of universities and technological innovation capability of enterprises,this paper takes Jiangsu University and JSD as examples to carry out comparative research on patent maintenance.The descriptive statistical method is used to analyze patent invention maintenance and its influencing factors.Research shows that there is“short-term”effect on patent maintenance of Jiangsu University.Moreover,in terms of JSD,there is small R&D team and its internationalization of patent technology is slow.
