摘 要:土壤微生物对土壤的形成、物质循环、肥力变化和物质降解等影响重大,是衡量土壤质量状况的重要指标。不同耕作模式对土壤微生物多样性的影响巨大,间接地影响着土壤质量。文中综述了土壤微生物的作用,影响土壤微生物多样性因素,连、轮作对土壤酶活性和土壤微生物多样性的影响方面的研究进展。Soil microorganism is an important index to measure soil quality,which has great influence on soil development,material cyclings,fertility change and material degradation.Different farming patterns have great influence on soil microbial diversity and indirectly affect soil quality.The function of soil microorganisms,factors affecting the diversity of soil microorganisms and the effect of crop rotation and continuous soybean on soil enzyme activity and soil microbial diversity were described in this paper.The aim of the paper was to provide technical supports in improving soil quality and increasing crop yield.
