摘　　要：陕西美鑫产业投资有限公司集成煤矿、电厂、电解铝及其深加工、物流园等子项目,统一规划、设计、建设,布局科学,产业链完整,形成了产业集群的新型能源企业,真正做到了资源整合,循环发展。Shaanxi Meixin Industry Investment Co.,Ltd.comprises a number of subjects,such as coal mine,power plant,electrolytic aluminum with its further-processing products,and logistics parks,which were planned,designed and constructed in the unified way,with scientific layout and complete industrial chain.Moreover,the industrial clustered innovative energy enterprise has been formed,which truly fulfill the concept of resource integration and cyclic development.
