摘　　要：21326综采大断面切眼扩巷掘进中发生大型冒顶事故,导致巷道报废。公司组织开展了井巷地质赋存条件、工程地质、采动破坏程度、支护设计、施工技术与安全管理等专业方面的调查研究,剖析了支护技术方案的系统性问题,指出导致顶板事故发生的主客观原因,提出安全保障措施和建议,可为矿区相类似问题合理解决提供借鉴。In the tunneling of open-off cut of No.21326 fully-mechanized mining face,the large-scale roof falling accident happened.By the investigation and research from the aspects of geological conditions,engineering geology,mining effect,support design,construction technology and safety management,the systematic problems of the supporting technology scheme was analyzed,the subjective and objective causes for roof accidents were analyzed and the countermeasures were put forward,which can provide reference for solving similar problems in this mining area.
