摘　　要：面对陕西煤矿尘肺病发病人数增加的严峻形势,分析了存在的问题和原因,提出了防治方针、健全法制、主体责任、一体化执法、监管监察、科技进步、安全考核的尘肺病防治建议。Facing the severe situation of the increasing incidence of pneumoconiosis in Shaanxi coal mines,the existing problems and causes were analyzed,the suggestions for prevention and treatment of pneumoconiosis were proposed from the aspects of control policy,legal system improvement,main responsibility,integration of law enforcement,supervision and inspection,scientific and technology progress and safety assessment.
