摘 要:临兴致密砂岩气田低产积液井数量呈逐渐上升趋势,由于实测数据的缺失导致井筒积液预测困难,严重影响了气井的正常生产和经济效益。为了揭示致密气井井筒积液的变化过程,以临兴先导试验区致密气井为研究对象,结合气田生产管柱特点和井筒压力测试数据,建立了一套适用于临兴致密气田井筒积液的动态预测方法。应用结果表明,积液动态预测方法能够模拟致密气井井筒积液的动态物理过程,定量计算气井井筒的积液量和积液高度。该方法较好地解决了临兴致密气田井筒积液规律预测的难题,对临兴致密气田的开发具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。The number of liquid loading well in Linxing gas field is increasing gradually,and the lack of measured water production rate and bottom hole pressure makes it difficult to predict the wellbore liquid loading,which seriously affects the normal production and economic benefit of gas well.In order to reveal the process of the wellbore liquid loading in gas well,combined with the characteristics of gas well production tubing and the testing data of wellbore pressure,a set of dynamic prediction method of wellbore liquid loading in gas well suitable for Linxing gas field was established.The result shows that the dynamic prediction method can be used to simulate the dynamic process of wellbore liquid loading in gas well and quantitatively calculate the volume of wellbore liquid loading,so as to accurately calculate the height of wellbore liquid loading in gas well.The method can solve the problem for predicting wellbore liquid loading in gas well,and has a certain guidance and reference significance for the development of Linxing gas field.
