摘　　要：吴玉泓教授,甘肃省名中医。笔者为甘肃中医药大学中医诊断学专业在读研究生,跟诊导师吴教授。通过对导师治疗的一例儿童嗜异症进行观察,归纳导师治疗疾病注重身心同调的特点,尤其在本案例中,导师通过望诊发现患儿的行为异常后,应用乌梅丸加减治疗,同时对患儿进行心理疏导、对其家长进行育儿教育,疗效突出。目的:通过本案例解析中医虫证与厥阴病的病机。Professor Wu Yuhong was one of the famous TCM masters in Gansu province.The author followed Professor Wu Yuhong as a graduate student.By observing 1 children with allotriophagy,body and mentality should be more focused.In this case,the children was treated with Wumei Wan(乌梅丸)after finding the abnormal behavior.At the same time,psychological counselling and parenting education were given to children and parents respectively,with good effects.And the pathogenesis of the Chong syndrome(虫证)in TCM and the Jueyin(厥阴)disease were analyzed.
