仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎继发骨质疏松症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎继发骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:将患者随机分为两组,对照组口服钙尔奇600mg,2次/d及阿法骨化醇片0.25μg,1次/d;治疗组在上述治疗基础上加用仙灵骨葆胶囊1.5g,2次/d。两组患者均予以类风湿关节炎的基础治疗方案,即口服甲氨喋呤10mg/周+来氟米特10mg/d,治疗6周为一个疗程,连续服用2个疗程,对比两组临床疗效、腰椎及股骨颈骨密度(BMD)、血清骨保护素(OPG)变化情况。结果:两组治疗方案均可有效提高腰椎及股骨颈BMD、OPG水平(P<0.01),且在提高腰椎BMD、血清OPG方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01);在改善临床疗效方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:仙灵骨葆胶囊联合西药治疗类风湿关节炎继发骨质疏松症患者,能显著改善提高BMD、血清OPG,值得推广应用。Objective:To observe the effect of the Xianling Gubao capsule(仙灵骨葆胶囊)on osteoporosis after rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given oral caltrate and alfacalcidol tablets;the treatment group was tread with the Xianling Gubao capsule more.All patients were given methotrexate plus leflunomide for treating rheumatoid arthritis,6 weeks as 1 course,for 2 courses.The efficacy,BMD,OPG in groups were compared.Results:The lumbar and femoral neck BMD in groups were effectively improved(P<0.01),and those in the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01).The efficacy in the treatment group was more improve(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xianling Gubao capsule plus western medicine on osteoporosis after rheumatoid arthritis can significantly improve the BMD and serum OPG,is worthy of popularization and application.
