益气化痰汤联合比索洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析益气化痰汤联合比索洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法:将60例2015年3月-2016年9月期间在我院接受治疗的慢性心力衰竭患者作为本次研究的对象,并分为两组,使用比索洛尔治疗的30例患者作为对照组,使用益气化痰汤联合比索洛尔治疗的30例患者作为观察组,通过对比两组临床指标及治疗效果来判断其治疗的有效性。结果:观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为90.00%、60.00%,观察组的总有效率更高;观察组收缩压、心率、左室射血分数均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气化痰汤联合比索洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective:To analyze clinical effects of the Yiqi Huatan decoction(益气化痰汤)plus bisoprolol on chronic heart failure.Methods:60 cases in our hospital from March 2015 to September 2016 were selected as the subjects and divided into two groups.30 cases who treated with bisoprolol were selected as the control group.30 cases who treated with the Yiqi Huatan decoction plus bisoprolol were selected as the observation group.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was 90.0%,higher than 60.00%in the control group.The systolic blood pressure,heart rate and left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yiqi Huatan decoction plus bisoprolol on chronic heart failure showed a significant effect,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
