基于中医健康管理防治社区高血压的临床观察分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对社区高血压患者实施中医药干预措施的总结,评估社区高血压患者中医健康管理的效果。方法:将120例社区高血压患者随机分为干预组和对照组,并对两组的管理效果(血压、血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、肾功及并发症、生活质量等)进行对比研究,建立中医健康管理体系,达到并提高中医健康管理防治高血压的效果。结果:干预组在应用中医管理体系治疗后有效率达93.85%,高于对照组的81.62%,且统计学差异较为明显。结论:对社区高血压病患者应用中医健康管理体系,可以明显提高治疗效果并改善患者的健康状态。Objective:By summing up the related interventions measures,the results of TCM health management in community on hypertension were evaluated.Methods:120 cases were randomly divided into the intervention group and control group;management effectiveness(blood pressure,blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,lipids,renal and complications,life quality and so on)in groups were studied comparatively;TCM health management system was established.Results:The efficiency in the intervention group was 93.85%,higher than 81.62%in the control group,and there is a statistically significant difference.Conclusion:The application of TCM health management system in hypertension could significantly improve their health status.
