中西医结合护理老年获得性肺炎的方法及效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合护理老年获得性肺炎的方法并评价其疗效。方法:将我院诊治的老年获得性肺炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各34例,对照组实施常规护理对策,观察组在常规护理对策的基础上加以中西医结合护理,随后观察比较两组患者治疗一周后临床疗效。结果:观察组患者经治疗后总有效率(94.12%)明显高于对照组(76.42%),差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合护理老年获得性肺炎疗效好,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore methods and efficacy of the integrative nursing on elderly acquired pneumonia.Methods:Elderly patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,each of 34 cases.The control group received the routine nursing.The observation group took the integrative nursing more.Results:The total efficiency was 94.12%in the observation group,better than 76.42%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative nursing on elderly acquired pneumonia was effective,and is worthy of application.
