中医推拿疗法治疗小儿腹泻疾病的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:研究中医推拿疗法在小儿腹泻疾病中的应用价值。方法:采用奇偶数字分组法,将80例腹泻患儿随机等分成A组和B组。两组都接受常规西医治疗,A组加用中医推拿疗法。观察比较两组的相关治疗指标。结果:A组的退热时间、疗效和住院时间明显优于B组,P<0.05。结论:利用中医推拿疗法对腹泻疾病患儿进行治疗,可促使其腹泻症状的缓解,值得临床借鉴。Objective:To study the application value of TCM massage on infantile diarrhea disease.Methods:80 children with diarrhea were randomly divided into group A and group B according the odd-even digital grouping method.Both groups were treated with routine western medicine,and the group A was treated by TCM massage more.Related therapeutic indexes in two groups were compared.Results:The antipyretic time,curative effects and the length of hospital stay in the group A were better than group B,P<0.05.Conclusion:TCM massage on infantile diarrhea disease is effective,can cause the diarrhea symptom to ease,and is worthy of reference in clinic.
