育阴宁神汤中药熏蒸治疗帕金森病睡眠障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对比单纯西医疗法与中西医结合疗法对帕金森病睡眠障碍的治疗效果。方法:以120例帕金森睡眠障碍患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(西医疗法)和实验组(中西医结合疗法),每组60例。选择爱泼沃斯嗜睡量表(ESS)、帕金森病睡眠量表(PDSS)评价两组患者睡眠质量,并对比两组的临床疗效。结果:实验组在ESS>10分与ESS>18分两项指标上所占比例明显少于对照组(P<0.05);PDSS平均值明显高于对照组(P<0.05,t=5.0442);实验组的临床总有效率(86.67%)高于对照组(71.67%),P<0.05,χ~2=4.0926。结论:在美多芭等西药的基础上,加入育阴宁神汤中药熏蒸可有效改善帕金森病睡眠障碍患者的睡眠质量,减少日间嗜睡,提升临床疗效,促进身体恢复。Objective:To compare the effect of western medicine and the integrative medicine on sleep-disorder of patients with Parkinson.Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with western medicine;the experimental group was given the integrative medicine,60 cases in each group.The quality of sleep in groups was evaluated by ESS and PDSS;and the efficacy was compared.Results:The cases of ESS>10 and ESS>18 in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);the average value of PDSS was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05,t=5.0442).The total efficiency in the experimental group(86.67%)was higher than 71.67%in the control group,P<0.05,χ2=4.0926.Conclusion:The Yuyin Ningshen decoction(育阴宁神汤)plus western medicine can effectively improve the quality of sleep,reduce daytime sleepiness,improve clinical effects,promote recovery of the healthy.
