摘　　要：输刺法是《灵枢·官针》五刺法之一,其广泛应用于临床且疗效显著。笔者通过查阅有关文献、分析原文后明确其相关操作要领,归纳其临床应用范围,总结其治疗原则,同时与《灵枢·官针》"九刺"、"十二刺"中的"输刺"相鉴别,旨在指导临床。Shu-acupuncture(输刺法)is one of five-acupuncture in Lingshu Guanzhen(《灵枢·官针》),and shows a significant effect in clinic.Through consulting the literature and analyzing the original texts,the operational essential of Shu-acupuncture was cleared;clinical application and treatment principles were summarized,to compare with that in Nine-acupuncture and Twelve-acupuncture and guide the clinical practice.
