六味地黄汤加味治疗2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症

摘　　要：目的:探讨六味地黄汤加味治疗2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法:采取随机的方式选取2015年4月-2016年4月在我院接受治疗的43例糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者,给予常规性治疗,设为对照组。回顾性分析同期在我院接受治疗的42例糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者,给予六味地黄汤加味治疗,设为观察组。检查两组患者的骨密度及空腹血糖,对两组的临床治疗效果和骨密度改善情况进行比较分析。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者的治疗效果显著,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用六味地黄汤加味治疗2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症,治疗效果良好,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate clinical effects of the Liuwei Dihuang decoction(六味地黄汤)on type 2 diabetes with osteoporosis.Methods:43 cases from April 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital were selected randomly and took routine treatment,as the control group.42 cases in the same period were retrospectively analyzed and took the Liuwei Dihuang decoction,as the observation group.Results:Compared with the control group,clinical effects in the treatment group were obvious,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Liuwei Dihuang decoction on type 2 diabetes with osteoporosis showed good effects,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
