高浓度氧疗联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗新生儿红臀效果观察及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨高浓度氧疗联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗新生儿红臀的临床疗效,总结护理方法。方法 60例新生儿红臀患儿随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。在常规护理的基础上,对照组采用高浓度氧疗联合鞣酸软膏治疗,观察组采用高浓度氧疗联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗。比较2组治疗总有效率、创面愈合时间以及治疗前后新生儿疼痛评估量表(NIPS)评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的76.67%(23/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组NIPS评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组较对照组降低显著(P<0.05);观察组创面愈合时间(4.59±2.37)d,短于对照组的(7.98±3.05)d(P<0.05)。结论新生儿红臀采用高浓度氧疗联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗效果显著,能进一步促进创面愈合时间,减轻疼痛症状。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of high-concentration oxygen therapy combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF)gel in treatment of neonates with diaper dermatitis and relative nursing interventions.Methods Totally 60 neonates with diaper dermatitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received routine nursing care.Those in the control group received high-concentration oxygen therapy combined with tannic acid ointment while those in the observation group were given high-concentration oxygen therapy combined with rhEGF gel.The overall response rate(RR)of treatment,wound healing time and Neonatal Infant Pain Scale(NIPS)scores before and after treatment were assessed and compared between two groups.Results The overall RR was 96.67%(29/30)in observation group,higher than the 76.67%(23/30)of the control group(P<0.05).NIPS score was decreased in both groups after treatment,and was decreased more significantly in observation group than that in control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time was(4.59±2.37)d in observation group,shorter than the(7.98±3.05)d in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of high-concentration oxygen therapy combined with rhEGF gel is effective in the treatment of neonates with diaper dermatitis,as shortening wound healing time and reducing the pain degree.
