吴茱萸末穴位贴敷联合场效应治疗仪促进腹部术后胃肠功能恢复的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察吴茱萸末穴位贴敷联合场效应治疗仪对腹部术后胃肠功能恢复的效果。方法选取腹部手术后患者70例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组术后常规禁食或胃肠减压等对症治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上,采用吴茱萸研末穴位贴敷联合场效应治疗仪治疗。观察2组肠鸣音恢复时间及排气时间。结果观察组肠鸣音恢复时间短于对照组[(5.29±3.32)h vs.(8.16±5.33)h,P<0.05],观察组排气时间短于对照组[(12.88±5.30)h vs.(17.16±8.58)h,P<0.05]。结论吴茱萸末穴位贴敷联合场效应治疗仪能促进腹部术后胃肠功能的恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application of Evodia combined with field effect physical therapy in improve the postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal operations.Methods Totally 70 patients with abdominal operations were assigned to the control group(n=35)and the control group(n=35).Patients of both two groups received postoperative fasting,gastrointestinal decompression and other treatments.The acupoint application of Evodia combined with field effect physical therapy was carried out in the observation group additionally.The time of bowel sounds return and intestinal exhaust were observed and compared between two groups.Results Patients in the observation group had a earlier time of bowel sounds return compared with those in the control group([5.29±3.32]h vs.[8.16±5.33])h,P<0.05).Patients in the observation group had a earlier time of intestinal exhaust compared with those in the control group([12.88±5.30]h vs.[17.16±8.58]h,P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of Evodia combined with field effect physical therapy is potentially effective to improve the postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal operations.
