摘　　要：论文以入选2016年中国档案学会定点的14家档案寄存托管类企业为样本,对我国档案寄存托管行业现状进行调研,剖析档案寄存托管行业的优势、机会以及存在的威胁与挑战,进而提出打造知名品牌,增强规模效应;与高校科研机构合作,研发智慧化产品;开展衍生业务,发展电子寄存或社交媒体文件归档业务;组建档案服务商业化协会,加强企业间交流等建议。The article related to 14 Records Management&Storage companies designated by China Archives in 2016,introduces the status quo of commercial operation of Records Management&Storage Industry in China,and uses SWOT analysis method to explore the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of it and finally puts forward some strategic suggestions,including building well-known brands and enhancing the scale effect;cooperating with university research institutions and researching smart products;carrying out derivative business and developing electronic depository or social media filing;setting up archives services commercial association and strengthening communication among enterprises.
