公共档案馆微信公众平台的用户体验——以省市级公共档案馆为例

摘　　要：随着新媒体环境下档案工作与微信公众平台的日益结合,许多与档案活动有关的公众号逐渐被大众熟知或接受。公共档案馆作为我国档案事业的主体,也开设了自身的档案馆公众号。论文以各省市级公共档案馆为例,深入剖析其微信公众号极具自身特色的栏目,从用户的角度出发,设定用户体验调查指标,通过调查问卷的方式调查用户对公共档案馆微信公众号的满意度,对调查结果进行分析,并由此提出针对性的改进意见,促进档案馆更好地进行自身的工作建设,更高效地为社会公众提供档案服务。With the increasing combination of archival work and the public platform of WeChat in the new media environment,many official accounts about archival activities have been gradually known and accepted by the public.As the main body,the public archives opened the Wechat Subscription.Based on the provincial and municipal level of public archives as an example,the paper analyses their own characteristics,and sets up user experience survey indicators from the user's perspective,then investigates users'satisfaction with the public archives'WeChat Subscription by questionnaire.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions for improving their work,promoting the construction of archives to provide more efficient service to the public archives.
