论修改《体育法》的内容结构调整与技术质量提高

摘　　要：在分析《体育法》现状与问题的基础上,结合有关修改需求和研究文献,从立法内容与技术质量两方面对《体育法》的修改提出建议:在优化内容结构方面,应保留《体育法》现有的一些章及名称,增设新的章节,调整各章排列;在提高立法的技术质量方面,应把握《体育法》修改内容与形式相恰的体系结构,调整各类法律条文之间的比重关系,完善各类权利、义务法律规范及其逻辑结构等。Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of Sports Law y combined with the revision of requirements and related research literature,the study made suggestions in the aspects of content and form of the legislation.For the content structure's part,it is necessary to add new chapters and adjust the present ones while keeping the current good ones.On the form structure;s part,the structure system should be modified and the articles of law should be adjusted;also the legal norms and their logic relations should be improved.
