摘　　要：黑龙江国有林区以全面停伐政策为契机,转变经济发展路径,以通过调整产业结构等方式来提高林区经济增长,改善林区经济社会发展状况。通过对全面停伐政策给国有林区产生的影响以及林区转型发展的进程展开了系统分析,结合林区的客观情况提出林区面对停伐所拥有的优势条件,提出了黑龙江国有林区应对全面停伐的路径选择。State-owned forest region in heilongjiang province comprehensive stop cutting policy as an opportunity to transform the economic development path,to adjust industrial structure and so on ways to improve forest region economic growth,improve forest region's economic and social development.Through the comprehensive stop cutting policy to the impact of the state-owned forest region,and the development of forest transformation process on the system analysis,combined with the objective situation of forest region in the face of stop cutting have advantages,put forward the state-owned forest area in heilongjiang province comprehensive stop cutting path selection.
