摘　　要：硅藻土作为助滤剂被大量使用,用后废弃硅藻土液容易变质发臭并严重污染环境,桂林市某啤酒生产企业对废硅藻土液进行回收,并作为调理剂应用到卧式弹簧压榨污泥深度脱水处理系统中,增强污泥絮凝调理效果,促进污泥更好地压滤和压榨脱水,既解决废硅藻土难处理问题,又达到以废、治废变废为宝和降低污泥脱水成本的目的。Diatomiteis widely used as filter aid,but the liquid waste diatomaceous earth is perishable and brings serious pollution to the environment.The beer production enterprises in Guilin recycled this waste liquid and diatomite,and make them as conditioner applied to the sludge deep dewatering system of horizontal spring pressing,so as to enhance sludge flocculation effect,and promote better and filter press sludge dehydration,which can solve difficult problems and waste diatomite,and realize waste recycling and cost reducing.
