摘　　要：如何牢牢掌握藏区反分裂斗争主动权,是当前和今后相当长一个时期藏区工作的着眼点和着力点。贯彻落实党的十九大精神,维护藏区长治久安,必须坚持以总体国家安全观为指引,解决藏区面临的特殊矛盾;坚持中华民族共同体意识,维护民族团结;通过促进藏传佛教与社会主义相适应,发挥藏传佛教的积极因素;揭露达赖分裂集团的分裂图谋,认清达赖分裂集团的本质;加强藏区干部队伍建设,奠定藏区反分裂斗争的基石。The master of initiative in anti-splittism struggle in Tibetan area is the key point in our work at present and in the long run.The implementation of spirit conveyed in the 19th CPC National Congress and safeguarding of peace in Tibetan area should solve the special contradiction under the guidance of overall national security concept.A strong sense of community for the Chinese nation should be established to maintain national unity.The positive factors in Tibetan Buddhism should be emphasized to promote its coordination with socialism.The plot of Dalai splinter group to split China should be revealed.The strengthening of professional talents construction is the basis of anti-splittism struggle.
