摘 要:脊柱畸形矫正手术难度高、风险大、并发症多,一直以来都是矫形外科医师面临的巨大挑战。本文在简述3D打印技术的基础上,从实物脊柱模型、置钉导向模板、个性化内植物等3方面综述3D打印技术在脊柱矫形手术中的应用现状,总结其现阶段存在的主要问题,同时展望该技术在脊柱畸形矫正领域的发展前景。With high difficulty,high risk and multiple complications,surgery of spinal deformity correction has always been a huge challenge for orthopedic surgeons.On the basis of brief introduction of 3D printing technique,current applications of the technique in spine orthopedic surgery were reviewed through 3 aspects of spinal solid models,patient-specific guide templates for pedicle screw placement,and personalized implants,the main problems existing at the present stage were summarized,meanwhile,the prospects of the technology in the field of spinal deformity correction were looked foreward.
