摘　　要：合成了邻菲啰啉铋配合物[Bi(phen)2(NO3)3](phen=1,10-邻菲啰啉),利用单晶X-射线衍射技术测定了该配合物的晶体结构.通过紫外吸收、荧光和圆二色光谱法研究了配合物与小牛胸腺DNA(CT-DNA)的相互作用.结果表明配合物与DNA作用方式为插入模式,计算得到了配合物与DNA的结合常数Kb为1.11×105 L·mol-1,配合物对EB-DNA体系的荧光猝灭常数Ksq为2.23.圆二色光谱表明配合物的加入引起了CT-DNA分子中碱基对π-π堆积的变化,使其构象发生了变化.A bismuth(Ⅲ)complex with 1,10-phenanthroline,[Bi(phen)2(NO 3)3],has been synthesized,and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The interaction of the bismuth(Ⅲ)complex with calf thymus DNA(CT-DNA)was investigated by UV absorption,fluorescence and circular dichroism(CD)spectroscopies.The results showed that its interaction with DNA was in intercalation mode.The binding constant K b of the complex with DNA was 1.11×10 5 L·mol-1,and the fluorescence quenching constant of the complex for EB-DNA system was 2.23.CD spectra showed that the addition of complex to CT-DNA solution leads to changes in the base pairπ-πstack of the CT-DNA molecule,resulting in a conformational change.
