基于“企业学院”的室内设计专业人才培养模式探索与实践——以盐城工业职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：如何实施产教深度融合、校企一体化育人,是当前职业教育改革发展的主要问题。在建筑装饰行业发展迅速、对人才提出更高要求的背景下,盐城工业职业技术学院室内设计专业为了形成专业特色,保障人才培养质量,与阔达公司合作成立企业学院"阔达艺术设计学院",从专业定位、技能菜单、项目教学、目标评价、师资建设等方面进行了校企双主体育人的探索与实践,解决了实习实训场地问题、课程资源建设问题和师资问题,有效提升了学生的技能水平。Under the background of accelerating the reform of vocational education,how to implement the deep integration of education with practice and to form an integrated school-enterprise education has become the major issue in the reform and development of vocational education.Taking the interior design major as an example,this paper discusses the background of the personnel training reform and puts forward the interior design professionals training mode based on the'Enterprise Institute'.t analyzes the core elements of professional orientation,skill menu,project teaching,goal evaluation and teacher construction,And put it into practice,listing the results and providing references for the cultivation of higher vocational talents.
