摘 要:为提高连退机组冷轧钢板的表面质量,防止因钢板上下表面冷却压力失衡,导致钢板擦划伤或撕裂,对连退机组快冷段的冷却风机控制进行了主从平衡控制改进。实践表明,改进后,实现了冷轧钢板在连退退火处理过程中稳定、有效运行,没有再出现快冷喷嘴擦划钢板表面等质量问题。In order to improve the surface quality of cold rolled steel sheets annealed by the continuous annealing unit and prevent the steel sheets from scratching or tearing due to the unbalance of cooling pressure between the upper surface and lower surface of steel sheets,the master-slave balanced control for the cooling fans in fast cooling section of the continuous annealing unit was improved.The practice showed that the old rolled steel sheets annealed by the continuous annealing unit passed through the annealing production line stably and effectively so that the quality problems such as the scratches on the surface of steel sheets caused by the fast cooling nozzles were never seen again.
