复方氟米松软膏治疗慢性湿疹临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析复方氟米松软膏治疗慢性湿疹临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月—2017年1月该院收治的慢性湿疹患者125例,采用随机字母表法分为观察组与对照组,两组患者均给予常规治疗,对照组患者在此基础上采用曲安奈德益康唑乳膏,观察组患者在此基础上给予复方氟米松软膏治疗,对比两组患者特应性皮炎SCORAD评分、临床疗效、不良反应及复发率。结果观察组患者治疗后SCORAD评分与对照组相比较低(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率96.83%显著高于对照组82.26%(P<0.05)。结论复方氟米松软膏治疗慢性湿疹临床疗效显著。Objective This paper tries to analyze clinical efficacy of com pound flum etasone ointm ent in treatm ent of chronic eczema.Methods 125 cases of patients with chronic eczem a treated in this hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were random selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random alphabet method.Both groups were given routine treatm ent,on the basis of that,the control group was given triam cinolone acetonide and econazole nitrate cream,and the observation group was given com pound flum etasone ointm ent.Atopic derm atitis SCORAD score,clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and recurrence rates were com pared in the two groups.Results The SCORAD score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.83%,higher than that of the control group of 82.26%(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect is obvious of compound flum etasone ointm ent in treatm ent of chronic eczema.
