摘　　要：目的讨论实施爱通立溶栓治疗的急性脑梗死患者的护理方法及临床效果。方法方便选择2016年8月—2017年8月在该院住院治疗的急性脑梗死患者30例作为该次实验的对象,将所选取的患者随机分为两组,即对照组和观察组,两组患者均为15例,对照组采用常规的入院护理,观察组采取个性化护理干预措施对其进行护理,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组采取个性化护理干预措施对其进行护理后,治疗的有效率为83.3%,对照组常规治疗的有效率为73.3%,观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组常规护理的,两组间进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论悉心全面的护理对爱通立溶栓治疗的急性脑梗死患者的康复有积极作用。Objective This paper tries to discuss the nursing method and clinical effect of acute cerebral infarction patients treated with actilyse thrombolytic therapy.Methods 30 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients from August 2016 to August 2017 were convenient selected as the objects and were randomly divided into two groups,namely the control group and the observation group,with 15 cases in each group,the control group using routine nursing,the observation group adopt individualized nursing intervention measures,and then the curative effect of two groups were observed.Results In the observation group with individualized nursing intervention measures for nursing care,the effective rate was 83.3%,the control group with conventional treatment was 73.3%,the curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than the control group of routine nursing,and the comparison between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Careful and comprehensive nursing has a positive effect on the rehabilitation of patients with acute cerebral infarction treated with thrombolytic therapy.
