摘　　要：目的探讨万金文武汤加味治疗太阴人糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法方便收集2016年6月—2017年8月就诊于珲春市中医院内分泌科疗区及门诊的患者,将100例太阴人糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,两组均采用目前公认的指南进行基础治疗,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组50例在对照组的基础上同时予万金文武汤加味治疗。2组均以4周为1个疗程,连用2个疗程。观察症状,腱反射,运动神经传导速度(MNCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SNCV),对比两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率92%,对照组70%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论万金文武汤加味治疗太阴人糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效显著。Objective This paper tries to observe the clinical effect of Wanjin Wenwu decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in Taiyin person.Methods 100 Taiyin patients with endocrine therapy from June 2016 to August 2017 in this hospital were convenient gathered and divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.Both groups implemented the currently accepted guidelines for treatment,the control group received conventional treatment,the treatment group based on the control group adopted Wanjin Wenwu decoction.4 weeks for a course and continued for 2 courses.The symptoms,tendon reflexes,motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV),sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV),clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 92%,and that was 70%in the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wanjin Wenwu decoction has effective cure on Taiyin patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy
