浅析国家自然科学基金申报立项经验和对策建议——以2010～2017年中国农业科学院植物保护研究所获资助项目情况为例

摘　　要：国家自然科学基金作为我国支持基础研究的主渠道之一,为我国实施创新驱动发展战略发挥了重要作用。文章通过对2010~2017年中国农业科学院植物保护研究所国家自然科学基金资助项目的统计分析,简要展示了科学基金对该所科技创新实力提升的关键推动作用,并针对存在的问题提出了下一步工作的思考。National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC)as one of the most important resources for supporting the base research,plays an important role in the Innovation Driven Development Strategy.According to the statistical analysis of funds supported by the NSFC during 2010-2017 in the Institute of Plant Protection,Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences,it indicated that the NSFC promoted the whole level of science and technology innovation strength.And then,it put forward the next steps proposal in terms of the existing problems.
