摘　　要：变态反应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR),即过敏性鼻炎,是一种机体因感受变应原而导致鼻黏膜发生的一种非感染性炎症的疾病,临床上多以出现鼻痒、鼻分泌亢进、喷嚏、鼻黏膜肿胀为主要特征。属祖国医学“鼻鼽”范畴,近十年来变态反应性鼻炎患病率呈明显上升趋势。据统计,全球AR患者约5亿人。我国11个主要城市AR发病率为8.0%~21.4%且呈现每十年3.5%的趋势增加。近年来众多学者对本病从多角度展开研究,取得了较大进展。现代医学在治疗AR时多以免疫、脱敏、甚至激素等手段治疗,虽短期疗效肯定但停药后效果却难以维持,并且部分药物使用后出现了一定的副作用。而中医药治疗本病时疗效可靠,虽疗程相对较长,但就疗效而言有其独特的临床优势。Allergic rhinitis(AR),is a body due to allergies caused by nasal mucosa caused by a non-infectious inflammation of the disease,the clinical appear mostly nasal itching,nasal secretion hyperthyroidism,sneezing,nasal swelling Key features.Is the motherland medicine“nose”category,the past decade the prevalence of allergic rhinitis showed a clear upward trend,according to statistics,the global AR patients about 500 million people.China's 11 major cities AR incidence rate of 8.0%to 21.4%and Showing an increase of 3.5%per decade.In recent years,many scholars on the disease from a multi-angle research,made great progress.Modern medicine in the treatment of AR more to immune,desensitization,and even hormones and other means of treatment,although the short-term effect is positive but the effect is difficult to maintain after stopping,and some drugs still have some side effects.While the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease is reliable,although the course of treatment is relatively long,but in terms of efficacy has its unique clinical advantages.
