摘　　要：目的了解乌鲁木齐市跌倒/坠落伤害的发生情况,为跌倒/坠落伤害干预措施的提出提供科学依据。方法选择三家国家伤害监测哨点医院,对2016年1月1日至2016年12月31日首次就诊的跌倒/坠落伤害患者进行横断面调查。采用SPSS 20.0对数据进行描述性统计分析。结果 0~4岁组跌倒/坠落伤害发生在6、7、8三个月份的比例较高,分别为15.67%、16.39%和15.40%,发生的地点主要在家中(76.04%),主要是驾乘交通工具或儿童车时发生跌倒/坠落(64.58%);5~14岁组跌倒/坠落伤害集中在6、7、8、9四个月,分别为12.74%、12.48%、11.62%和10.64%,发生的地点以学校和公共场所最多(31.25%),主要是驾乘交通工具时发生的伤害(47.47%);而≥65岁组在1月和12月两个月中较高,所占比例为10.30%,发生的地点主要在家中(54.77%)和居住场所(20.69%),发生时的活动主要是步行(33.67%)和驾乘交通工具(30.90%)。各年龄段跌倒/坠落伤害造成的严重程度,随着年龄的增加,伤害程度逐渐加重(χ_(趋势)~2=1340.05,P<0.05)。结论 15岁以下儿童青少年和65岁以上老年人是跌倒/坠落伤害发生的重点人群,应提高对学龄前儿童监护人、中小学生以及老年人的安全防范意识教育,加强安全知识宣传,并且加强对产品伤害的监测,改进产品质量。制定相应的干预措施,减少跌倒/坠落伤害的发生。Objective To examine the incidence of fall injury in Urumqi and provide scientific evidence for the intervention of the fall injury.Methods Three national injury monitoring sentinel hospitals were chosen for this cross-sectional investigation.The participants were admitted to these hospitals for fall injury happened during January 1 to 31,2016.The data were analyzed by using SPSS 20.0.Results The falls/fall injuries in the group 0~4 years mainly happened in June,July,and August,accounting for 15.67%,16.39%and 15.40%,respectively;most of falls/fall injuries occurred at home(76.04%),and driving a vehicle or a perambulator was a main operation(64.58%)when a fall injury happened.For the 5~14 years group,the injury mainly happened in June,July,August,and September,accounting for 12.74%,12.48%,11.62%,and 10.64%,respectively.Most of injuries occurred at schools and public places(31.25%),and happened while people were driving a vehicle(47.47%).For the 65-year-old group,high incidences of falls/fall injuries were in January and December at a same rate of 10.30%;the fall injury occurred home(54.77%)and residential areas(20.69%)while people were walking(33.67%)or driving(30.90%).The severity of fall/fall injuries increases with age(χ2=1340.05,P<0.05).Conclusions:People under 15 years of age and older趋势than 65 were the main populations subjected to fall/fall injuries.Therefore,these two populations should be taken care with specific attentions such as education in safety awareness and knowledge,monitoring products-related injuries,and improving product quality.Appropriate interventions should be in ready place to reduce the incidence of falls/fall injuries.
