摘　　要：老年跌倒是严重威胁老年身心健康的重要公共卫生问题。本文就国内外老年跌倒流行现状、主要危险因素与预防控制工作进展进行了综述。目前我国老年跌倒问题不容忽视,应加强科学研究,掌握当地老年跌倒流行特征及存在的主要危险因素,并运用针对性干预策略和已证明有效的干预措施开展干预活动,以减少跌倒对老年人健康的影响,提高老年人健康生活水平。Falls are an important public health issue and a serious menace to the physical and mental health of elders.In this article,we summarized the progresses in studies of epidemiological features,main risk factors,as well as the prevention and control of falling down in community-dwelling elders.Falling down in elders should not be ignored in China.More studies should be done to identify the epidemiological features and main risk factors,and to implement relevant strategies targeting specific issues and proven to be effective in reducing the impact of falling down on the health of elders and improving the living standards of them.
