摘　　要：采用文献资料、田野调查、专家访谈及归纳分析等方法,对"一带一路"国家文化战略背景下太极拳国际化传播的策略进行探讨,旨在为太极拳的时代价值彰显和跨国传播策略提出创新发展思路。研究认为:(1)太极拳作为中华民族文化的优秀载体,在我国"一带一路"战略中起着文化助力作用,但当前太极拳在跨国传播进程中面临着区域文化差异、观念认识冲突、优秀传播人才匮乏,及如何科学理性地解释太极等诸多挑战和困惑;(2)在调整和完善太极拳国际化传播策略过程中,宏观上,既要从大政方针等政策方面制定对外传播的策略,也要结合相关对策以完善和调整上层政策,微观上,政策或对策能否得到妥善执行,依赖于相关措施、手段和方法等细节工作的推进程度。(3)应理顺传播策略体系中各组成元素的关系,建立良好的信息反馈机制、疏通信息传播渠道,利于完善太极拳国际化传播的整体策略及提高其执行的质量。This paper discusses the international communication strategies of Tai Chi under the Chinese cultural strategy of“One Belt and One Road”through literature review,field investigation,expert interviews and inductive analysis,aiming at proposing innovative development measures for demonstration of the value of Tai Chi and promoting its communication.The research shows that:1)Tai Chi,as an excellent carrier of the Chinese national culture,renders cultural aids in China’s“One Belt One Road”strategy.However,Tai Chi is faced with regional cultural differences,conceptual conflicts,lack of communicators,and the difficulty to explain it from a scientific perspective.2)In the process of adjusting and perfecting the international communication strategy of Tai Chi,it is necessary to consider the formulation of the measures for international communication from the perspectives of national policies,and also to adjust the upper-level policies in combination with relevant measures.The policies and measures must be properly implemented through the relevant measures,methods and means.3)The relationship between the various elements in the communication strategy system should be good and a sound information feedback mechanism should be established,which would be beneficial to the smooth information exchange and improvement of the overall strategy and the implementation.
